I’m Danny Ford and I offer a distinctive mindful approach to psychotherapy. I don't use a “disease model” for understanding human experience.

What really matters is simply to start where you are. I can support you to explore what you need to explore and to truly accept yourself as you are. Paradoxically, when you can accept yourself as you are, change happens naturally.

Start where you are.  See your world in your way. Explore how you relate to yourself, others and the world. Let go of self-judgement. Love yourself as you are. This is how we change, adapt and grow.

It doesn't always even occur to people to talk to a therapist when they feel overwhelmed or stuck but talking really can help. Sometimes you just need to have a really good talk to a friend.
